Each session is 50 minutes long. We start to wrap up at 45 minutes to give you enough time to gather your thoughts and to make sure that you feel ok before leaving.
Sessions are available in-person at my office in Newbridge, or online via Zoom. Please get in touch to arrange an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be changed or cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, then the full amount is due.
